Hi;
I uninstalled excel-si because it was interferring with another program but I am not able to remove it from the Excel ribbon. Has anyone have this problem? Could someone help please.

Sorry you had to go through that. It's too late for you, but I'll respond here in case someone else has the same issue.
Excel add-ins have special code that gets run when the add-in is first installed. This code adds the required buttons to the ribbon. Add-ins also have special code that gets run when the add-in is removed---this code removes those buttons. If you just delete the add-in, or uninstall it from add/remove programs, the code that removes those buttons won't get run, and the buttons will seem "stuck" in the ribbon.
So, before you uninstall it, go to File->Options->Add-ins->Manage Excel Add-ins and unclick Excelsi-R. This will run the code that removes the buttons. If you've already deleted Excelsi-R from your drive, you have to reinstall it, add the add-in in Excel, then remove the add-in (then delete it again from your drive if you want).
It can be a bit of a pain, but this is the way the Excel add-in system works---Excelsi-R isn't unique.

Since there is not help in this site my only choice is to uninstall and re-install excel on my machine.
