#7 DAOCSkilla: Large Font Support

I've added in a method to scale the forms and dialogs if
the user isn't at normal fonts. It assumes that
DAOCSkilla is developed at 96 dpi fonts, 1024x768. I
found this setting to work ok, but teerex if you are
using another setting you can alter the lines at the top
of the geScale.pas.

You *could* use this to scale even if the res was
different, but I choose to only alter in case of fonts.
And nothing was done to OptionalCreateForms - I'm not
insane enough to mess with OpenGL on my first Delpih
experience.

Note, the scaling code is not mine, but gleamed from
the 'net and tweaked. It's working well here, as I run
120 DPI fonts, and can finally see all the text!

PLace the file attached in ..\Common and I've got a
new DAOCSkilla.dpr - going to see if I can attach it in a
reply.
