It's looking better.  The query problem seems to be almost fixed although I'm still getting intermittent NullPointerExceptions in the debug window, always right after the address.getChannel() call.
Sometimes I've managed to get it working again by continuing to send the same command over and over, sometimes this doesn't work.  Commands given in the channel do not seem to have this problem.
