#2 Confirm bug when closing multiple polls

Bug occurred when closing simultaneously two polls with very similar titles (only the last word was
different).

Both eVote close commands were sent simultaneously.

Two confirm messages were received, one for each poll, and containing different random confirmation
keys.

The two separate confirmation messages were again sent simultaneously.

One poll closed correctly, the other returned an error which indicates that it has forgotten its random key
and wishes the random key for the first poll to be used instead.

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the similar titles (though I suspect it may).
