EvolveNet, not v2.  I don't use the xml file in v2.

Though it's been lost due to the sf cvs crash.  I'll add it back in tonight=

One disadvantage is that you do have to choose the file each time you
run the simulation.  I think I'll change it so that you can give the
main function a string to your directory, and the file chooser will
use that for the default path in the file chooser.  I'll send out more
specific instructions after i code it.  :)
