#3 Internal Windows not refreshing when moved

When moving the JInternalFrames in the normal
simulation, the windows don't refresh as you move them.

Most prominent when moving the windows and the
simulation hasn't started running. The window
disappears, and nothing is shown under the mouse, but
after you release the mouse click and wait a few
seconds, the window eventually refreshes itself.

Sometimes the graphs window got completely corrupted &
the outer window decorations never got repainted on to
the window. (the border & maximize/minimize buttons)

May be a Java 1.4 problem? (The evolve project should
be run under Java 1.5 aka Java 5 or J2SE 5)

Seemed like the Graphics object wasn't getting new
boundries or something...? The original window's
contents stayed in place while it would get clipped to
where the window should be.

Occured at Sungod on the system running the 30" monitor.

Will try to reproduce on my computer...
