I've released first version evolved-database. It runs along the same
lines as the pdf here: http://www.unixodbc.org/doc/OOoMySQL.pdf , except
that the is no manual configuration involved.

There are two gooey tools in the utils package: one for configureing the
mySQL databases, and one for adding MySQL databases to the ODBC setup.

If anyone adventurous wants to give it a try make sure you have a MySQL
server set up on you pc or network. And for the moment there is no help
info so you will need to be familiar with how the setup is ment to work
as described in the pdf.
