When using any of the "multiple users" security models, paneldetails tables need to include UserID on save.
Not sure if it is always the case?

    May I suggest you make it optional, instead of forcing it. Maybe using some kind of flag to turn it on and off, according to the user needs. This yould also be applicable to the driving table and not only the paneldetails tables.
