#2 GSMAT always writes to the phone

I believe the following line:
"if (writeDevice || doItAll)"
needs to be inserted at line 317 of evolusync.c otherwise
the GSMAT block will always execute the
"writeDevicePhoneBookUsingAT" when doing GSMAT.
