#3 Memory Leak in evogrid-simulator

Memory is leaked in simulate/process/bond/simulate loop.

We haven't been ale to determine where the leak is yet. valgrind shows the leak occuring in libgmx (GROMACS helper library) but doesn't show where is calling it. Both evogrid-simulator and GROMACS use this library.

AFAIK, memory used by a subprocess (that runs then terminates) shouldn't show up as leaking.
