#23 How do you boot on an EVMS volume?

I have created a RAID5 with other containers/volumes
on top of that. I have /boot on an ordinary drive but
the remainder of the root filesystem is on the EVMS
volume. I cannot manage to get GRUB/linux to
recognise and mount the filesystem on the EVMS volume
at startup. How do you manage to get evms_activate
issued early enough so that when the filesystems are
checked the EVMS volumes can be read?
