#25 Add multi-architecture support for POSIX_LOG_PRINTF format

_evlFormatPrintfRec() and its helper functions (e.g., formatConversion(), collectWstring()) need to
be enhanced to handle formatting of POSIX_LOG_PRINTF-format records from foreign architectures.
Currently, such records will be misformatted where there are size or endian mismatches.

Look to populateTmpl() for guidance.
