#21 udp_rmtlog_be reports on every event if can't find rmt host

Set up /etc/evlog.d/plugins/udp_rmtlog_be.conf to forward events to a nonexistent host. Under certain
circumstances (perhaps all the time), udp_rmtlog_be.c logs an event with the message "udp_rmtlog_be:
Failed to resolve remote host." every time another event is logged.

The workaround is to specify an existing host (even one that isn't set up to receive forwarded events) in
udp_rmtlog_be.conf, or set Disable=yes in that file.
