#13 ppc64: evlview fails with long, pointer

With ppc64 64-bit kernel and 32-bit user lib and
commands, data types of "long" and "pointer" , boith
8-bytes, are not handled by the evlview command, since
it assumes 32-bit values. NOTE this is not a problem
for long data type in the posix_log_header, since
evlogd handles this for the event log header.
