#1 Multiple menu and mixer plugins selectable

Currently, multiple menu and mixer plugins are selectable from the configuration utility. This makes no sense. Research into changing those checkboxes into radio buttons to ensure only a single instance of each is possible (along with a clear button to enable a selection of no plugin)
