#59 Disable mouse movement while typing on keyboard

Wishlist..

As the title says, dont move the mouse while the user uses the keyboard. This movement inhibition should be active for some configureable time (lets say 2500ms). This may only be engaged when one types more than a few (lets say 3) characters within another short timeout (200ms) while the mouse is steady or, if such is detectable, when the user types into the same widget.

Rationale:

Often while one types text, one looks around: on text already written, documentation in another window, looking down onto the keyboard. Holding the Head steady while operating the Keyboard puts some extra burden on the user.

The requirement on typing few characters before the mouse movement gets disabled is that some widgets are controlable with single keystrokes (+,-,space,return) which should not stop mouse movements.
