All right, this project is on the air! I've been working on it for a few months, and now it is on sourceforge.net. A lot needs to be done, so it is no time for being lazy. A major reformulation is going on right now and the first release is due to April, 2004.
We are admitting developers, designers and contributors to help us making a better and open-source world.
