I've added a set of patches to evdev that are necessary for evcalibrate/evdev to function properly with certain eGalax and 3M touchscreens. More information is avaialble at http://whilesoftware.com

Added a call to QWidget::showFullScreen() on app start. This eliminates the previous need to manually set the window to fullscreen (via wmctrl or some other tool).
