#4 Source websites in external config files

evatag offers "only" english sources for movies information. I have movies in English, Russian and French, some of which are not in imdb but fully referenced in Russian or French websites (kinopoisk.ru, allocine.fr).

Moreover, when imdb changes its templates, nothing works anymore and we have to wait for another release.

It would be interesting to export the hard-coded websites definitions into external text files. The format could be something like this :
<ID3 CODE> = <CSS selector> # <comments>

With such a system, web sources could be added by anyone and updated with less efforts. The CSS selector should work like the parameter of the DOM querying method: Element.querySelector().
