[Evalj-users] Help needed in using EVALJ

Hi,

  Could anyone suggest how to install and run evalj ? I mean what are the 
pre-requisites in terms of software to be installed and the detailed steps 
required to evaluate the runs submitted at INEX adhoc retrieval ?
