Ok I took a look at these patches, and all of them except one are just commits that have already been made to master since the 1.24 release.
The one exception is the "reproducible-build" patch which simply removes __DATE__ from the output of the --version option. I consider showing the build date with --version a useful feature and hence won't be applying that patch.
