The following columns refer tbl_JobCatagory.jobcatID
tbl_member.catagory_fk
tbl_statChgReq.catagory_fk
tbl_resume.Jobcatagory
tbl_network_KB.catagoryID
tbl_jobpostCheck.jobCatagory
tbl_jobListing.jobCatagory

It is recommended to have same column name for
foreign key which are refering the same primary key.
