eTool 0.5.0 no longer works on NT platform

With the 'new' release, I now get the following error on my NT 4.0 SP6a machine when I attempt to start the tool.

"The procedure entry point SHGetSpecialFolderPathA could not be located in the dynamic link library SHELL32.dll"

It doesn't get any further than this error.

  you need shell32.dll version 4.71 or later in order to make it work. I think it comes with "Active Desktop Update" included in IE4.01SP2 for NT4. Otherwise you won't get it on this platform even with a newer IE.
