#2 Retail customer interface upgrade

The interface needs to be upgraded to the version done
by Simon W in 2004. This will make the site much more
attractive and user friendly adding disability support
and bringing us in line with current legislation in
this regard. Simon developed this with last years Core
system limitations which no longer apply. Current
relevant improvements include the 'Screen Widgets',
support for XHTML and CSS and templates.
