EtherStrategy / News: Recent posts

Well, finally an update. After deciding to ditch M$ Windows, I've settled on Ubuntu, and discovered that I can still, if I like, develop EtherStrategy using C#, but I also have lots (and lots) of tools available if I want to develop it in Java, or anything else, as well. Okay, so those same tools were also probably available when I was using M$ Windows. . . Still, having previously decided on DirectX my options were somewhat limited. Now I'm rather forced to go with OpenGL, if I want 3D graphics, and that actually opens up my options. So, I'm thinking that maybe this application should be developed using both C# and Java, and I have changed the project information to reflect this.
