#99 nutconf options do not appear in header file or NutConf.mk

Configurator Version 2.0.8

If an option is automatically enabled after a requirement became available due to selecting a different option elsewhere, the related entries do not appear in the specified header file or Makedefs.

Example:

- Load ethernut21.conf
- Change compiler from GCC to ImageCraft AVR

ICCAVR_STARTUP is not added to NutConf.mk.

Saving the changed configuration and reloading it again works, though.
