Etherboot (and LTSP, and a bunch of other OSS projects) could not afford to exhibit without this generosity of the sponsor (I think it's HP this coming SF LWE, Marty please correct me if I'm wrong). LWE is a trade show though. They are necessary, but for me, if you've seen one you've seen them all. I'd much rather go to a technical conference like (shameless plug) http://conf.linux.org.au/ where half the acronyms being tossed around casually hurt my brain. |
