Started.  The only pcnet card I have is a vmware virtual card.  That
should be enough, but the current cvs for 5.1 does not work with
Etherboot 5.1.  It reports that it is OS/2 or some other unsupported os.

I will develop on 5.0 for now.  Hopefully someone can sort out the
vmware issue in 5.1
