[Etherboot-developers] Doc Book Editor

Hi Ken

What is a good editor for the doc book format?  I would like to add some things to the developers manual.  

Particularly on the process involved in developing card driver based on a Linux driver.  I think I have learned a few things that may be useful, but I am sure some of it will be misleading and some of it downright wrong so I will want some vetting of it before it goes in.
