Not yet.  I guess when I have a chance I will have to test on my 386 and
486 and see if I can reproduce it.

What kind of image are you booting?
Tagged/ELF/ etc.=20=20

There are quite a few outstanding possibilities.
gatea20 issues.
illegal instructions.
relocation issues.
nics not being shut off.
Is it format dependent?
