[Etherboot-developers] Adding more device ids to drivers

Now that adding new vendor/device ids require only one change: Does it make 
sense to add combinations that are missing in etherboot, but present in 
linux?
I think it is safe to add them if the linux driver handles the missing ids 
exactly like the existing ones. If there are no objections, I will do this.
