[Etherboot-developers] new features/patches for 5.0.8

i put all my work for 5.0.8 into

includes:

a) almost full NetBSD/ELF support
(missing right reporting of boot device, won't hurt at all in most cases)

b) patch that allows compiling with ELF but without tagged image

c) -DASK_FILENAME options that will show question like
Boot from (N)etwork or from (L)ocal or (E)nter filename?

when E will be selected it will ask for filename instead of taking it from
DHCP/BOOTP server.
