Great news. Looking forward to the results, it would give me an excuse to release 5.0.9. If it's possible to automatically detect Free/NetBSD, that would be good, it would be one less #define and more important, fewer versions of boot code in ROMs. If FreeBSD users could confirm that it does not break anything for them, and NetBSD users could confirm that it works more or less (buglets can be fixed over time), that would be good. Also a port to 5.1.x at some point would be nice. |
