[Etherboot-developers] building etherboot images

sorry to ask this, but google and the manuals don't help. I've forgotten 
how to specify an etherboot image for, e.g., e1000+ide. I.e. what's the 
makefile pattern. 

Also is a .zimg now a compressed ELF image, or how do you get such? 
Version is 5.1.5
