[Etherboot-developers] Etherboot 5.1.4 (development) released

I've released Etherboot 5.1.4 at www.etherboot.org. It has support for
the Itanium, major rearrangement of the files and some fixes, thanks to
Eric Biederman. Please test it out and report experiences to this
mailing list.

Remember that .lz* make targets are .z* targets now.
