[Etherboot-developers] Etherboot 5.1.4rc1 (development) released

I've checked in a bunch of changes. You can get the latest state of play
from CVS or from http://www.etherboot.org/etherboot-5.1.4rc1.tar.bz2

Notably the lz targets are now gone.  For lz, substitute nrv2b
everywhere, e.g. make bin/3c509.nrv2brom.  I have confirmed that
nrv2brom, nrv2bdsk (and hence nrv2bfd0) work. It would be nice if
someone could confirm: pxe, nrv2bpxe, lilo, nrv2blilo and com.
