[Etherboot-developers] changes to 5.1 in CVS

I've done the following to the CVS of 5.1:

Removed the USE_LOWMEM_BUFFER option. Should no longer be necessary
in 5.1 anyway.

Removed otulip.[ch]. I don't think it's maintainable anyway.
