The itanium source base is now just about working in the etherboot CVS tree.

Most of the code is checked in.  There are a few more pieces with rough edges
that I need to iron out..  But it is just about useable.

And to make it some simpler to work with I have added the toplevel
makefiles of Makefile-i386 and Makefile-ia64 which build the default Config
assuming only that you have the appropriate cross compilers installed.
