I have a working port of etherboot to the Itanium.  At least for the most
part.  I still haven't yet gotten native etherboot drivers to work.  But
that is mostly a matter of getting etherboot to relocate.

I'm not going to think about this again until Monday, but then in the
next couple of days I am going to be looking at merging my port back
into the development branch...

I have attacked a lot of 64bit cleanliness issues, and alignment issues in
the core.  As well as adding a directory structure to the etherboot tree,
so the merge will be a little interesting.

And yes, I have played with the parameters once again...
