One thing that absolutely must be done is to put a readme just before
download explaining that existing images must be rebuilt with
mknbi-1.2-10 or later (or to use the latest LTSP images, which I believe
are recent enough), otherwise we'll get this flood of why doesn't it
work with this image I've had since 1972? :-)
