Hello, one of my jobs is also to maintain an eepro100 driver ported from linux in our company OS. I ported from 2.2.18 kernel. We saw the "RX out of resource" and "out of resource" error, but here definitly the pools are available, but the driver may not fill them up, as if the interrupts will not come. Perhaps this delay in handling chip I/O solved this, I will have a look !
