Is this a particular version of eepro100, e.g. 82559er or 82559 or whatever, or is this valid for all of them. We were using linux 2.2.19 with eepro100 for a while and all was fine. This was on PCs with Intel or Transmeta processors both about 800MHz. I see an extra delay introduced from 2.2.18 to 2.2.19. Could this the problem? I was maintaining a proprietary eepro100 driver and never seen this problem on the same machines. I've seen others but not this.
