I put the tomsrtbt image I usually netboot at

	http://www.etherboot.org/tomsrtbt-2.0.103.nb

It's an ELF image generated from a bzImage and initrd and requires a
PCBIOS Etherboot. See if you have any luck with it. diself will show you
its segments.
