In the Linux driver, I notice that wait_for_cmd_done now does a
udelay(1) up to a max of 1000 times. The current Etherboot driver
doesn't any udelay and only relies on a countdown loop of 100 times. Can
you please try updating the Etherboot driver to match? I'm going to put
in this change for 5.0.8 in any case.
