[Etherboot-developers] eepro100 and 5.0.7

I have a digital logic smartcore p3 running linuxbios, and am having
troubles with the eepro100.

What happens: packets make it out just find, but the hardware status
doesn't seem to indicate that. Specifically, s1 and s2 at the end of
eepro100_transmit are always 0. So it seems that commands to the chip
mostly work (packets get out) but I/o status is wrong.

Any hints welcome ...
