Well at least you can understand why I complained about the
list bouncing my small patches :)

Oh, and now that etherboot should work for everyone I'll take
all the testers I can get.  I'm certain I have missed something.

And I should probably add updating the documentation as well.  But
there isn't a 5.1.x documentation branch yet...
