Ok, this will be the 5.0.7 behaviour:

No server IP (all zeros) -> ignore offer
No filename and DEFAULT_BOOTFILE not defined -> ignore offer

Anybody who wants the fallback filename will have to edit etherboot.h
and uncomment the #define.

But Jim, you're still going to have to fix the dhcpclient in the LTSP
initrd.
