As a prelude to doing interesting things when etherboot exits,
I have generated a patch that just introduces a function xstart32
that handles all of the 32bit exits.

This is not mean for 5.0.6 but hopefully for the following release.

It essentially makes all calling conventions equally easy to implement.  
Yell if you don't like the idea...
