[Etherboot-developers] new megapatch for Etherboot 5.0.6rc3

Thanks to Eric, Christopher, Jean-Jacques, Rohit, Yedidyah, Gergely,
Chien-Yu, Doug, Marty, and anybody who has contributed bug reports or
suggestions, we have a large number of bug fixes and enhancements and we
are one step closer to 5.0.6. The details and patch are here:
