Hello ! I do not see a need for that. GRUB was modified some weeks ago, to copy in all the current etherboot drivers. GRUB is on the same state as Etherboot (the number of drivers and the version of the drivers). GRUB has now the state of 5.0.5. Using PXE drivers for GRUB may be an idea, but there must be a special support in the BIOS AFAIK. But GRUB should also run on NON-PXE BIOS or without Etherboot.
